Moira Sedgwick is a food and wine event professional who's worked as a private chef/caterer and with other New York chefs and restaurateurs producing press events and media campaigns including Share Our Strength - the nationwide organization that works to end childhood hunger in the U.S. In 2009 she started Rum and Blackbird Tasting Tours.
