Meet Rachel Pasternak and Rachel Fisher, the women behind Joachim Prinz: I Shall Not Be Silent. This powerful, riveting documentary tells the story of Rabbi Prinz. His impassioned sermons at synagogues in Berlin helped save many lives by encouraging Jews to leave Germany in the 1930s. Arrested numerous times and eventually expelled by the Nazis, Rabbi Prinz came to the U.S. where he wound up becoming a major player in the civil rights movement... helping to organize the 1963 March on Washington. Jenny Dixon's arts career, which began in 1977, has taken her all over New York City. Since 2003, she has been Director of the Isamu Noguchi Museum in Long Island City, New York. When it opened in 1985, the Noguchi had the distinction of being the only museum in the country created by an artist during his lifetime and dedicated to his work. Noguchi was one of the 20th century's most important and critically acclaimed sculptors.

When she was 21, Kelsey lost her mother and only known relative, to mental illness. Falling apart and losing your core, can be a tall order. Meet Mongolian paleontologist Bolor Minjin. She has made protecting and preserving the fossil heritage of the Gobi desert her mission in life. Bolor's the founder and director of the Institute for the Study of Mongolian dinosaurs. In 2012, she was instrumental in stopping the sale of an illegally collected Tyrannosaur baatar skeleton from her country. Hers is a fascinating and not often heard story.

You'll find Maya Tolstoy, PhD both on land and on the ocean floor. An Associate Professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Columbia, University, she is also a marine geophysicist, who specializes in seafloor earthquakes AND volcanoes. Dr. Tolstoy has participated in 31 ocean-going expeditions - leading or co-leading more than half of them. In 2005, she was part of director James Cameron's expedition that filmed the 3-D Imax documentary "Aliens of the Deep." Does Maya have plenty to share? You betcha!

Never underestimate the power of a girl and her pen. It's that philosophy that propelled Keren Taylor to start WriteGirl, an non-profit literacy program for underserved 13-18 year old girls in the L.A. area. Since its inception in 2001, it has helped hundreds of teens find their voices/calling and in 2013, Michelle Obama presented Keren and WriteGirl with the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award, the highest honor given to such endeavors. And just this year, Keren was selected a CNN Hero for her creative efforts to help young people. She is truly an inspiration.

Born and raised on a farm in the Midwest, Natasha Silver Bell struggled with undiagnosed learning disabilities. Despite those obstacles, she became a star athlete, entered a local beauty pageant and at 19 won Miss Michigan USA. Being selected in the top 6 of Miss USA, led her to New York where she worked as a Ford model. That glamorous, exciting time was also marked by an eating disorder and substance abuse. Natasha managed to turn things around and "move to the winning side." And so today, the divorced mother of 3 and former addict, is a certified Addiction Recovery Coach who works with individuals to help them create healthy lifestyles, make positive choices and find their authentic selves.
