Lois Prislovsky, PhD, is an educational psychologist who prior to opening a private practice created and served as director of the special needs program at the University of Tennessee. It served student athletes with disabilities. Her areas of expertise include working with clients on the autistic spectrum, ADHD coaching, and anxiety management. Our conversation focuses on the special relationship she has with one of her clients, an autistic and mute 43-year-old woman. They're in business together.

A member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi and Kickapoo tribes, she is the President of Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas. Since 2011, she has been the Director of the Prison Re-entry Institute at New York's John Jay College of Criminal Justice. At PRI, Ann oversees numerous projects, including the Prison to College Pipeline. Jessica Oliveira's goal is to educate and empower women who don't have the resources we take for granted. And to that end, the OB-GYN Physician Assistant with a Masters in Medical Education, is involved with Saving Mothers. The aim of this non-profit is to eradicate preventable maternal deaths and birth related complications in the developing world. In 2013 Jessica became the Guatemala Program Coordinator and then last year launched The Saving Mothers School of POWHER - Providing Outreach in Women's Health and Educational Resources. Aryn Quinn has some tale to tell. She, like her mother and sister, is a domestic abuse survivor. As a young child, she watched her father brutally beat her mother - and was powerless to help. Aryn's helping now. The former model is the founder and CEO of EndAbuse4Good - a nonprofit aimed at preventing dating and domestic abuse against teens, women and children. Its goal is to make sure every student in the U.S. takes a class dedicated to preventing domestic abuse before it begins. Students learn about teen dating violence, self-esteem and the need to stay on track with their personal goals. This is a conversation you can't afford to miss.

Born and raised during South Africa's apartheid regime, and inspired by by Nelson Mandela's release from prison, she made history of her own...bringing together 500 black, white, colored and Indian children to form the country's first ever multi-cultural and multi-lingual choir. She took that musical message all over South Africa, and what followed was Sharon Katz and The Peace Train. She continues to spread the message of peace and reconciliation through performances and workshops around the world - the story documented in the film, When Voices Meet.
