Her paintings hang in many corporate and private collections and in 2013, was selected by the U.S. Department of State "Art-in-Embassies Program" for our embassy in Djibouti, E. Africa and Colombo, Sri Lanka. Get this, Lynne also happens to be a licensed private investigator! Her assignments have taken her around the world. The world needs more women like musician and social activist Sharon Katz. Born and raised during South Africa's apartheid regime, and inspired by by Nelson Mandela's release from prison, she made history of her own...bringing together 500 black, white, colored and Indian children to form the country's first ever multi-cultural and multi-lingual choir. She took that musical message all over South Africa, and what followed was Sharon Katz and The Peace Train. She continues to spread the message of peace and reconciliation through performances and workshops around the world - the story documented in the film, When Voices Meet.

An internationally recognized underwater and conservation photographer, Michele Westmorland is a much sought after speaker who has lectured all over the world. While her topics are usually about marine and cultural life, she prefers to share the story of a Caroline Mytinger, a young American portrait painter. She and a female friend set out from San Francisco in the 1920s on a 4-year journey to the South Pacific to "record some of these people before they vanished forever." More than 80 years later Michele and her team embarked on a 2-month expedition to retrace their steps. What Michele has to share is riveting.

The Brooklyn Museum's "Killer Heels: The Art of the High Heeled Shoe" is a stunning, fascinating and jaw-dropping exhibit that's been generating a lot of buzz. It's organized by Lisa Small, the Museum's curator of exhibitions. She takes us on the journey from the 17th century to present day - from traditional Chinese Manchu platforms to Christian Louboutin's 8-inch stilettos, just two of the more than 160 pieces of footwear on display through February, 2015.
